Reinforces the Word in our minds/souls resulting in transformation. Meditation is the process of filling our minds with newness of the life of God, His Word, which is in our spirits. This is repeated back and forth until it is imprinted on our minds, never to depart.

The word which we have meditated on is the word that fills our thoughts and becomes the word that we automatically speak in faith. Our spoken word has the power to effect change because we will naturally speak the word of God from the realm of God. When we give the Word first place, letting Him guide our thoughts and actions, we provide an outward manifestation of our spiritual growth.

We pray from a place of agreement with the Word of God. Prayer is conversation with God that brings us to a place of boldness. We can: a) pray in our known language (with our understanding) which is surface level; b) pray by the Spirit in an unknown language which is deeper level conversation and interaction with God. It is this place where the Holy Spirit is praying through us, the perfect will of God. This is the evidence of Baptism in the Holy Ghost and this is what Jesus referred to in John 7:38. It is for every person who is born-again.

Worship is acknowledging, exalting and glorifying God - He is Spirit and must be worshipped in spirit (The Anointing) and truth (The Word). Everything we say and do, must be an act of worship, honoring glorifying and loving God above all else. Worship magnifies God in our lives. God inhabits our praise, which ushers in the presence of the Holy Ghost, where there is fullness of joy. Worship releases breakthroughs - it enjoins with the heavenly hosts and disturbs the enemy's camp.
